You keep ownership of every track, lyric and asset you upload. We use your material only to develop and produce the video you asked for.

You confirm you hold the rights to the music you upload, or that you have permission from the rights holders.

Videos produced through Stroud belong to you, including commercial use, subject to your plan being in good standing.

Stroud may ask before featuring your work in the showcase. We will not publish your video without permission.

Concept development is free. Payment applies when scenes are produced, and you will see an estimate before generation begins.

Production capacity reflects real generation cost. Stroud does not offer unlimited video generation.

Do not use Stroud to produce material that is illegal, that depicts real people without consent, or that impersonates another artist.

We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other artists at risk.

Stroud depends on external production systems. We work to keep production reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
