How it works
From a song
to a production.
Stroud is a production environment, not a generator. Each stage produces work you can review, correct and carry forward.
- 01
The music
Upload the mix. Stroud reads tempo, duration, sections, energy and dynamics, then hands the findings back to you for correction. You can enter everything manually instead.
- 02
The words
Add lyrics and tell us what the song is about. Meaning drives imagery more reliably than any visual reference does.
- 03
The artist
Persona, wardrobe, presence and the things that must stay consistent from the first shot to the last.
- 04
Creative direction
Write your own direction, or work with Studio Director on Pro and Studio plans to translate intent into production ready instruction.
- 05
Treatment and storyboard
A written treatment and a scene by scene storyboard, timed against the track rather than guessed at.
- 06
Production
Scenes are produced individually. Stroud selects the right video system per shot for quality, reliability and cost.
- 07
Targeted editing
Revise, replace, extend or refine a single scene. Everything already approved stays exactly as it is.
- 08
Finishing
Approved footage is assembled and finalised at higher resolution according to your plan.
Where you pay
Stages one to five are free. Payment begins when scenes are produced, because production has a real cost. You will always see the estimate before anything is generated.
Where you work
Concept development happens here on stroud.pro. Production happens in the Stroud application, and your project carries across without being rebuilt.
